We are in the process of trying to update this website. Please be patient. If our members have suggestions or resources that they think would be helpful please let Danielle know. We are trying to work on having this be a helpful resource for all members. This does not replace our Yahoo email group, the most current/updated information is there. If you see something on this site that we have not updated from the yahoo group post, feel free to email Danielle.

4H motto

Reminder to our members~
Remember to keep practicing with your dogs! 5 minutes twice a day will help them keep learning new things each week and practice what they already know. Training and practice can happen anywhere... out on walks, in your living room, kitchen etc. Any time you interact with your dog can be an opportunity to practice a skill. ~Danielle

"Learn by doing" 4-H Slogan

Welcome to the Rolling Bones 4-H Dog Club! We will be using this site to keep our members up to date with all of the happenings of our group as well as a way for you and the 4-H Leaders to share information about our club with friends, family, and furture members! We hope you'll use and enjoy features such as the online calendar and photo gallery!

About Us

The Rolling Bones 4-H Dog club is a 4-H Club open to members between the ages of 8 (as of January 1st) and 18.  Members learn how to train and show their dogs. They also learn dog general knowledge including dog care, grooming, first aid, breed identification, career opportunities, and more!

Volunteer leaders meet with members twice a month (2nd and 4th Wednesday nights) in the Concord, New Hampshire area to practice with their dogs. In the Summer/Fall 4-Hers are able to compete in many 4-H fairs across the state and can qualify to compete in the regional event at Eastern States Exposition in Springfield, Mass.  We hold many special events throughout the year such as fundraisers, a fun match, field trips, nursing home visits with our dogs, weekend clinics, public relations events, Quiz Bowl practices, and more!

Interested in joining?
New enrollment for the club is January - April. It is best to enroll early, as we have limited spaces in the club. Also you may need to do a little catch up to other beginners that started in January. There may be a waiting list.
Mixbred or purebred dogs are welcome. Dogs are required to be up to date on vaccinations. No uncontrollable aggressive dogs are welcome, for the safety of everyone.
